Too much of an automated process. Preferred more of a person-to-person transaction, as had my prior U-Haul experiences.

The location and owner were excellent. U-Haul’s system went down. My friend that owns one in TX says the system ALWAYS goes down. We lost valuable time bc we had to wait for the system to come back up. I am so glad that I had this experience as it has made me decide to use Penske for my upcoming move.
