1. First, no one at this California facility more face masks or other COVID protection, so I refused to enter. 2.The Owner's son (who was on duty) greeted me outside like I was a bum on the street - no courtesy whatsover> "Whaddaya need?" 3. Was extremely rude, right from the outset. He also rudely indicated he had not received all info from my online registration. Not true. As one who owns a dozen online companies, and designs sites, I am quite familiar with process and executed all required requests for info, including uploading copies of drivers license. 4. I was never provided any info regarding refueling requirements, or other normal info provided renters. 5. No documents of any kind were presented. 6. To the point, I would never use this facility again. In speaking with other company-owned stores, this facility has a very negative reputation. 7. If I were a respected company like UHaul there is no way in hell I'd want my company name displayed within the same Zip Code as this dealer. Thanks.EUGENE C.
