KENNETH LThe location was closed due to the holiday weekend. the outside drop box was easy to find, parking was very limited. there was no internet, wifi or cell service at the location. yet the drop box said scan the QR code. If you are going to have a internet based return then it would be logical to have free wifi on location with a booster so people can actually conduct the return as requested. I can not speak to cleanliness of friendliness as no one was there. i would not recommend this location based on the frustration and extra requirement of driving forever to get a good signal so you can report your return over the phone to the call center.

Neal RThis location is very small and trying to park a 26" truck with a tow dolly on behind was quite an interesting proposal as they were closed when we dropped off our unit.

MISENER RNothing wrong with the location. The vehicle is in poor condition. The truck pulls hard to the left. The steering wheel is off center. The headlights are aimed towards the right ditch. There is an exhaust leak below the cab which not only smells but is extremely noisy when driving. This truck needs some TLC but probably hasn’t seen any since it was last inspected almost a year ago.

gary aAlways good didn’t notice that the trailer leaks, front driver side corner of the roof. It leaked all down our good table noticed a puddle on the floor.
Austin QRandy was great to deal with , helped to hook up the trailer and check lights, tires etc . Was an excellent experience renting from him and UHaul.

Michael LThe parking lot at this location is very small and cramped, in fact I had to park it in front of a garage door because there was nowhere else to park it. There just seem to be too many vehicles being returned at the same time for that places size period plus it's a garage and there were vehicles everywhere as well

Kelly LDidn’t have moving blankets so I had to use my blankets which got dirty and weren’t as thick..probably ruined a lot of my blankets. Very slow service. Took an hour to get things sorted even though I already booked online. Wasn’t overly impressed that none of the napanee locations had a 6’x12’ enclosed trailer

David PMy original reservation was for a different location, the Shell station in Kaladar ON. I was disappointed that I was not informed prior to my arrival at that location that it was no longer associated with Uhaul. I feel that it is bad business practice to not inform customers of these changes before their reservation. Especially since it is expected that the customer alert you of changes a minimum of 24 hours prior to the pick up of the truck or trailer. While the Tamworth location was exemplary I will think twice before renting from uhaul again.
