Be up front about the mileage charges. I've spent $2000 on a uhaul truck and trailer and you say I still owe $1600. Some real BS but whatever. Last time using uhaul.

Newly established? The staff had very little knowledge of what was expected of himself of me. He failed to complete a full walk through prior to my truck and trailer rental. He attempted to charge me twice for the auto transport.
JOSHUA WEquipment needs to better inspected. Tires were retreads and only lasted 100 miles. Left myself and family stranded on the side of the road for hours and never did send roadside assistance. My family had to spend a lot of money and time to get us back on the road with no thanks to Uhaul.
JAMES PI had to wait about 40 minutes for a receipt clerk couldn't get the printer to work. So I couldn't a copy of my receipt
JOHN PWasn’t able to answer questions. Stopped helping us to help a shop customer. Not sure why The previous location no longer rents but we will not be going back to this place.
