This location had no trucks or equipment present when I arrived. It made me question if I was in the right location. I had to go inside and ask if I was at the right location. The gentleman behind the counter ensured me that it was a U-Haul rental location and he directed me to the key drop.

The staff never answered the phone or had voice mail. The truck was filthy in the cab as well as the back. The staff was friendly but didn't want to let us take the truck we had reserved for over a week. She said it was their last truck. I wasn't sure how this was my problem and I insisted on taking the truck we had reserved. She had to get permission from her supervisor but suggested I try other Uhaul places while she tried to get in touch with her supervisor. I would not rent from this location again and feel the staff need significantly more training before they continue to rent Uhaul equipment. Other locations have taken 10-15 minutes to check out a truck, this location was approximately 40. I would have left if I could have located a similar size truck to rent the same day for a one way trip.
LORI AThe location is trash. You have to pick the truck up from a pot shop run by unrequited children. You will have to wait at least an hour for them to figure out what's going on and get you in the truck. 1 hour to return the vehicle. Very unprofessional and disorganized.
Elisabeth OThe person who was working at this location was unable to check in our U-Haul while I was there. I had to call the main U-Haul number to get them to check in the U-Haul the following day. The employee was very nice but it seemed odd that we were unable to complete the drop-off there that day with the employee. For clarification, we dropped the U-haul off at the location we chose when setting up the U-haul initially. I gave the keys to the employee on Sunday. U-Haul paperwork and check-in occurred on Monday after my phone call to verify check-in. This may have been due to the drop off location being incorrect on the paperwork after I picked up. Overall experience was good.
