The Team at Vapor Verse was terrific. It was easy in and easy out. I picked up and dropped off at the same location. I will be needing a trailer again soon and will rent from the same place.

The staff did not fix the Tow Dolly perfectly to the truck which almost could have resulted in an accident. Luckily I noticed one of the strapped got loosen up. I had to struggle myself for hours on freeway in freezing cold at border of Arkansas and Tennessee at 1am. Finally managed to unload my car from Tow Dolly and had to book and stay overnight in Hotel then next morning took my truck with Tow dolly n car to another UHual location in Tennessee and the guy at location inspected and then fixed the issue. He showed me how metal chain was not fixed earlier and then he fixed it to my car perfectly later on. Because of all this, I reached my destination late by 12 hours and had to unnecessarily pay for one night hotel and could not join my work on monday resulting in loss of pay as well.

I would call my experience with this U-Haul 'Instant Service with Great Perfomance'. And, I got what I needed, a cargo van in good condition, ready to work, on time. They helped me get my job done on time, and my customer got his needs taken care of. I'll be back with them the next time I need to use a U-Haul vehicle. I appreciate good service well delivered. Thanks

My rental price online came in much lower than what Vapor Verse had on his system. Looks like pricing data is not transferring correctly from UHaul's ONLINE Reservation system to the actual amount owed when paying for the rental. UHAUL Representative at Vapor Verse said he had the same thing happen before. An increase in pricing of about $70.00 was a concern, but the UHAUL Representative at Vapor Verse got things quickly sorted after I brought my phone in from the car with our reservation and applicable rental pricing.

I did order a furniture dolly but apon arrival they did not have one due to it being stollen. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and kind. I would easily recommend this location to anyone. But people need to not take advantage of situation and just follow ruled

The first trailer caused a warning alert regarding the lights. The guy at Vapor Verse cheerfully hooked up my trailer twice in driving, cold rain. Yes, he was excellent — would definitely recommend.

This Vapor Verse U-Haul location was very convenient and the owner was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure that the unit was available for me. He even came in 3 hours before they opened to make sure I did not experience any issues. They are rock stars!
