I feel as tho I got double charged on the 39.99 & 10.00 dolly charged that was also listed 2 times on my bill. Also most other place will give you so much money back if you was to their agree to their terms. Not happy that for 24 hours it cost me $102.00. The guy I worked with nice but didn't explain why those charges were there 2x's.Marianne L.

Again, this location was awesome. The staff was outstanding and made turning in equipment so easy, I actually thought I might be forgetting something. UHAUL definitely sets the standard for the DIY mover. I honestly don't believe you can improve anything! JOB WELL DONE!!!Robert S.

Did the online pre check in process. When went to pick up truck the guy wouldn't let me continue on my phone, said I shouldn't have to do anything but he had problems with the app from his pad and I wasn't. Took over 20 minutes to get things figured out. Not what I was expecting from doing things online to supposedly save time.Lonnie K.

The primary reason I would not recommend u haul in the future is that U Haul corporate pulled the 15 foot truck I had ordered and left me only a 10 foot truck.bruce H.

I don't blame either place that I went to but the trailer I received had a leak and did some minor damage to a few pieces of furniture. I got the enclosed trailer to avoid this problem. This trailer also looked very old and used. It was well maintained inside but not on the outside.Penelope I.

Worst moving experience of my life. Reserved truck weeks ahead, called Altoona location the day before move just to be sure truck was there (or would be by next day). Was informed I had to drive to Phillipsburg to pick it up (80 mile roundtrip). Then, when we looked for furniture pads, there were none. That meant another trip back to the Altoona location to secure pads. This delayed the whole move by several hours. Do yourself a favor and call Budget or even hire a couple buddies with trucks...it will be less stressful.Brittany B.
