Trailer was extremely filthy, including grim on floor. It has many mechanical issues. Door rollers-slides near rusted shut. Door had to be forced up. Door latch spring rusted, would not retract. I bought a can of WD-40 just to be able to use it. This location is near never open. Security Door always closed after 11am on. How do i know! I pass this location daily. I do Not want to report to the woodshop. The guys wont acknowledge or want to speak english. Just the wife. This location satillite should be closed. Im ashamed of what uhaul has become. Even worse, the numerous phone calls inquiries on drop off location, and threats of $300 penalty for wrong drop site. No cust srv communication training what so ever.

They supplied a 15' truck and car trailer for us this November, 2024 in Mission, Tx. They also attached our Subaru Outback to the trailer securely. We made it to Branson, Mo without incident. We did miss having cruise control.
