Caris W.Communication between dealer and previous customer were pretty bad which made me wait 1 hour at pick up location. There is no mobile pick up at this location, I have been called a day before to pick up booked cargo van.
HARSH P.Owner was 45 minutes late. I had to call several other places looking for a rental because I wasn't sure he was going to show up. No apology, just excuses - he missed his bus. Called 3 hours later looking for the rental. I paid for 4 hours. Owner said it was my fault and the u-haul sites fault for booking the vehicle when he wasn't available. Will never go back here. What a horrible horrible experience. And was charged $120 for some reason…. For a van for 3 hours. Worst experience I've had with a rental place.
Robin D.The vehicle was dirty like anything. It got stuck on the road in 3 kms and I had to wait for 2 hours in the vehicle for Rod assistance. I used it first time and never going to recommend anyone.

SACHIN L.The agreement stated I picked up the truck with 5/16 of a tank but it was closer to 1/4... I was charged $12 for 6L of fuel after the drop off... left a bad taste in my mouth. The pick up and drop off locations were convenient!

WILLIAM P.They told me to just throw the keys in the van and leave it when returning. But when I was returning it, it did not feel right to do so in a public parking lot. Also the key tag said it was the spare key as they could not find the original. When I tried going thru website return process, it would not work even though I allowed full browser access. I called customer service to get help but after 50 min On hold for next available two, I finally hung up and had a friend come pick me up and did return process on her phone. The process clearly says to put the key in uhaul keybox outside the store but it does not exist at this location and the only box that does has a combination lock on it and nowhere does it tell me what that combo is so can't open it. Very inefficient and frustrating.

Gan C.We had reservations to pick-up the truck at 11am (for a 4-hour rental) on a Sunday, however the owner/operator of store did not show up until 12noon. We showed up at 11am, tried calling Uhaul customer service to no avail. At 12noon, owner/operator showed up with no apologies on his part. He maintains his hours of operations on Sundays are 12-5pm, but his signage on door does not reflect that (it says 11am-5pm). In any case, we lost an hour of our 4-hour rental. Both parties need to get their acts together and update the necessary information for the next renter.

rajdeep S.The office opened 15 mins late and it took me almost an hour to get the truck, though there was only one customer before me Most time was taken to get the additional equipment (dolly) added to order, though I was confirmed a day before that Dolly is added. My biggest issue is, however, the wrong information given about the truck fuel consumption, which made me spend C$100 (I demand a refund). I was told that truck is half tank and it goes around 60-70 kilometers in half tank. That made to fill the tank full in the beginning itself, and at the time of return there was hardly 1% fuel (hardly C$10 worth spent). The excess amount should be refunded to me
Saurabh D.Poor poor service smelly vehicle with lots of dirt inside no cleaning even though I was left with overcharged for the gas I filled for 35$ informed him and the rep was like I cant do nothing cheating completely if someone put extra gas also no reimburse. What about charging the customer with the filthy and dirty vehicle

Syed S.Worst ever services I received. I was advised to always via calling instead of booking online by your manager. I spoke to someone before the manager who could even type my credit card number properly in the system. After an hour wasted finally got the code and van number. And then cherry on the cake was that the van was extremely dirty. Someone's luggage bags, clothes blankets were all there. Dashboard had candles sticked. Extremely awful experience. Will never book with you guys ever.
