My issue with this rental was that U-Haul claimed the truck was a 20 foot truck, but the bed was only 15'8". So I couldn't fit everything I needed in it, had to completely unload it after having loaded it up, return the truck, and then go rent a larger one from a different location cause they didn't have one here. Very disappointed that U-Haul advertises a 20 foot truck and only provides 15 feet of area to load.

Paola OI just wanted to say U-Haul we use in Port Charlotte Florida was well maintained equipment I ended up forgetting something behind the passenger seat didn't realize it till 2 Days Later it was very sentimental to me it was a tackle box that my grandfather left me and when I called they had already had it and holding it for me it's nice to know there's honest people still out there two thumbs up for U-Haul Port Charlotte thank you so much would recommend to anybody just for their honesty alone but everything else is great as well. Just wanted everyone to know. Huge thanks to U-Haul Port Charlotte Florida.
Rebecca Ksite didn't know which trucks had ramps, or how to cancel errors! Started my rent with 1/2 hour office time which included going over error which wasn't cancelled. Was I double billed? Not certain but $106 for less than an hour rental on a $29.99/hr truck seems excessive!
PAUL PGreat customer service 👏 Definitely will be using again. The app is really easy to use. Nothing compares to U-Haul rental services. They are the best everywhere.

Mark jNot hire liars I never received a contract. The guy told me it was 19.95 for the rental of the U-Haul, he asked me how many miles I would take approximately I said I think 20 but I’m not sure he charged me $45. I called the next day before it was due to come back and said I needed another day a lady answered she said OK no problem will charge you when you come in then I realized that they had taken another $45 out. It’s now a day later and when I dropped it off originally the gentleman said thank you I’ll leave you. I’ll send you a receipt on your email now I’m getting email with the contract of U-Haul which I never got to read ahead of time or see any of it. I am now getting charges trying to be taken out. He says that I did 101 miles I thought maybe 60 and now he’s trying to charge my credit card 119.52 three times. He never called me to let me know or even said anything when I dropped it off . I have an email that says $45 another one that says $45 another one that says 22 and change and now I just got another email that says 139 total and I owe $119 now it’s starting to seem like I rented a U-Haul for two days for here in town not far for $300. It seems this is Highway robbery. I will never run to U-Haul here again.
Teresa LTried to do the contactless pickup with the cellphone couldn't get it to work. Ended up going to an agent the agent put the wrong name down for the rental. Then we tried to return the truck.... contactless...ended up being on the phone for about an hour with a representative over the phone trying to get the truck returned. I have used U Haul before but never had this much trouble.

JAMES MTruck was dirty from previous customer. It also had issues of shaking and bogging at 25 mph the entire time. Will not rent here again.

VADELL CEquipment should be available nearby given our 2 month reservation. We drove 120 miles to get the equipment and then billed for additional mileage. It cost us an additional $100 to Uber to the pick up point. The gas level on pickup was reported to be 1/4 tank but in reality it was nearly empty.
