I would highly recommend a secret shopper/undercover boss type inspection of this location. I have rented many things from many U-Haul locations over the years and I honestly felt like I was on a hidden camera type show. First this is a convenience store that has. Single employee that does the U-HAUL rentals only on the days he works. I was constantly told to wait while he sold sodas cigarettes and beer to the other customers of the store. He tried to charge me double what the U-HAUL website invoiced me, then told me repeatedly if I didn't complete the after hours return properly I would be charged $20. When I returned the trailer I had to download the app, create an account before I could even start the process then the barcode I was supposed to scan was nowhere to be found and the person working at the store told me to pound sand she didn't have anything to do with U-haul. I called U-haul and they were able to get it returned so I wouldn't be charged this all took close to an hour and was very frustrating even with the excellent customer service I got from corporate. There was also a huge puddle of sewage from a backed up line I had to step through to get the trailer hooked up so a ruined pair of shoes and hands down the absolute worst U-haul experience I have ever had. If this were my first U-haul experience I would never use them again. Negative 100 star rating HARD PASS on this location unless you have no other option.

We were given a trailer that was not safe to pull. We were driving to Florida and only got 25 miles from home before we realized we could not continue. The trailer had been sitting on the lot; both tires were bad and needed replacement before we could continue. The springs were non-existent; the trailer was 35 years old.
