We were given a trailer that was not safe to pull. We were driving to Florida and only got 25 miles from home before we realized we could not continue. The trailer had been sitting on the lot; both tires were bad and needed replacement before we could continue. The springs were non-existent; the trailer was 35 years old.

TODD CEmployee was lazy and I had to do all the working returning the equipment. U-Haul app wanted me to pay an extra $8 for gas. I filled the U-Haul up correctly according to my paperwork. I am not a happy customer.
