It took us an hour to get the code for the lock box because the office was closed. There needs to be a direct number that can be accessed for the code.Rob W.
Great customer service. Maybe a little quicker on the departure would be good. This is No fault of the good guy at the dealership. The issue was with the algorithm used by Uhaul. On the bright side this shouldn't happen to anyone else at this location as the dealer has learned it's work around.Kima K.

Will NEVER use uhaul again. Not recommended. Hurt my wrist during the move. Uhaul wanted $524 if I dropped off at a different location. So I had to drive it back to original location with a possible broken wrist. It was unsafe and VERY painful. Avoid using uhaul.David D.

The office was cluttered. Many drinks lying around that were old and not finished. Tools and clutter laying everywhere. Not clean at all. The attendant was not helpful when I explained about no one said anything about extra fees for going over the mileageJOHN W.

When someone tells you the have a Ford 150 with extended cab, you should tell them the trailer isn't big enough. This way you don't screw up someone's life. I expect a full refund.Randall V.
