I loved, it was my first expererience with UHAUL

They didn't have the right info to get the truck on the road. And I asked for a 15' truck and it was only a 10" truck. I made it work, but it was a bit of a disappointment...

I had a reservation for a truck at one location and had reserved a dolly and a furniture dolly a day before my moving day I was called to be told that my location would be somewhere else which was OK. I went to that location and the customer service was below average. I was told that there was no equipment in the U-Haul and then I had to drive to the other location to pick up equipment so I went to the other location and spent time with the people very helpful people at the firm Cote location and they got me set up only to open up the back of the truck to find out that there was equipment already in the truck now I can take responsibility that I should’ve checked before, but I would think the customer service rep would know these details upon returning the truck. They tried to tell me that I didn’t put enough gas in the vehicle which I did and I had a photo before and after the lock for the back of the door, the truck didn’t work so I couldn’t secure the equipment that was in the truck and in the area where this location is, it’s very sketchy. I just feel that U-Haul could’ve did better at least complementary dollies for my moving day

Change nothing, all was great and employees were phenominal. I got sick and could not pick up the truck, "NO PROBLEM", brother in law could do it and paperwork would be changed at their end. Fantastic.

Improvements in booking, it takes a lot of time

Inside of truck could be cleaned and outside of truck could be cleaned Also truck could have been full of fuel, would make it easier when bringing truck back. Just fill up tank to full.
