My issues are not with the pick up or drop off locations. They have their business under control my issue is with UHaul you don’t have competent employees nor do you offer the service you are selling. I was due a refund I’m not sure where it went but I have not received it. I completed my move over 10 days ago. You want your money up front but aren’t giving back. I’m not finished you offer moving services that are not in business and I paid for the service. I arrived to unload and no one showed I had even spoke to people and they assured me all was good. I’m 64 years old 5 hours from where I was living with no one to unload a 3 bedroom house if stuff. I called they had no clue all could offer was help at $1600 for 3 hours. What the f*** really. I told them that unacceptable dud niot matter and was not conerned at all. Apparently no one has a boss in your company apparently that’s why it is ran like crap. The person I had asked to give me a quote on a fence came by. I had to pay him and helper thank goodness they were willing to do this. But it cost $500.00 the person on the phone had a customer service representative again with no boss call me back to tell me that was not Uhauls fault I brought a service and just because you have them set up as a offered service and so what they not closed for the day but. Out of business. They would have someone look at. It Again she made it very clear I was the one that had made a mistake. No apology no boss apparently she owns the business and she is about as close the bottom as the janitor. Again the answer was not acceptable I did not make a mistake I believed in what your web site was selling. Oh course it was a mistake I should not have trusted what you were selling. You should not advertise or sell something that does not exist. Which person without a boss should have made sure these people were in business???? Where is my refund??? And I will put this everywhere I can U-Haul needs to be accountable this could have been a life altering situation. Again let me say I’m a single 64 yr old women in a town that I know no one. How do you think that felt like how would you feel if it was you, or your family member????? .

First pickup at the Fate location, spent a good 45 minutes onsite, the lock would not open, then had to drive to Royce City to pick up an available truck and that locked worked fine, but we were about 2 hours behind for the day, barely made it back with the truck at 6:00 and did not have time to fill up the gas, plus literally dropped all the furniture an items with my wife on the drive way to drive the truck back, definitely want a refund of the extra gas cost and percentages for my time.
