This place pretty much tried to kill me. Windshield wipers were bad, and there was no wiper fluid in the truck. I hit rain and nearly wrecked myself and the other drivers around me because I couldn't see and it just smeered. I want my money back, is this really the level of quality that Uhaul has become? Yet this will just go into the file bin and nothing will happen just like always with companies like this.Matthew L.
Uhaul company is Terrible you tell people you hold things for people but you don't I requested a truck in Madison Indiana there was none available had to go to Versailles Indiana pick up the truck the people at Versailles were wonderful but you guys from U-Haul are absolutely awful I have reported you to the Better Business Bureau for the way things went I am not payingI am not paying for the rugs that you post to head for me so I would like my money back I do not want to pay mileage because it was you guises fault so I think you better straighten your act up because you've had not just my complaints but a lot of other peopleAustin H.

I brought the U Haul back with the gas tank filled to where it was when I got the vehicle, 7/8 of a tank. They charged me an extra 14.35 to put 4 gallons of gas in the tank even though I brought it back filled to the point it needed to be? I wouldn't have charged my debit card at a gas pump before bringing it back if I would have known they would just charge my card for unneeded gas anyways? A teenage girl did all the paperwork and couldn't even find the keys prior to renting the U Haul. Very unprofessional and after the incident of them charging me when they SHOULD NOT HAVE that puts a bad rep on their name. Will not be returning and will be letting everyone know my experience around town.Ashlynn C.

The cab of the truck had mud all over the passenger floor, something spilled on the seat and the back of the truck was extremely dirty with broken glass everywhere. We had to clean the truck before we could even load our belongings.Adam G.

The truck I ordered was not there. They did not have the moving blankets I needed. I have the understanding that uhaul does not check the inventory of these rural stores prior to making guarantees. This needs to change. I waited an hour for my truck while I paid for moving help standing around doing nothing,waiting on the truck. The 50$ courtesy refund hardly makes up for the frustration and cost of the hour of paid labor for 3 guys. The site itself did everything possible to help us. So if you are rural. Truck was filthy inside and out. We spent nearly 1/2 Hour cleaning the interior of the truck so that we could move our possessions. On the other hand the staff at this location was way above what we normally experience. Tis is our fifth rental in three yearsWilliam H.

It rained the day I picked it up till the day I dropped it off. The trailer leaks! I'm praying my new $1800 tv is not damaged or anything else for that matter. Still going through things. On the other hand I ordered a regular hand truck and they didn't have any so I had to take a utility hand truck. The men from moving.com that came from Indy I would NOT recommend or use again. They were 2 hours late wanted to leave early before all the heavy stuff was brought into the house. They were here for 3 hours total that was loading and unloading. They were to work 4hours total. Brought 4 guys instead of 2 guys. Very very discouraging. Fridge was scratched.Shirley V.

The young lady who hooked up the trailer to my car did not tighten it down on the ball. The trailer jumped the ball and I had to control it and then eventually stop the trailer using the back end of my Equinox. This left marks all over my car and dents in my gas tank.Leslee L.

I had a guaranteed pickup of a trailer at 8:15am on 8/13. I arrived exactly at that time to find the reservation canceled. The day before the store personnel canceled the reservation and put on the reservation that I did not appear in time and rented it to someone else. No other trailers were available so I had to rent a truck and spent hundreds of dollars more than I would have with the trailer that was guaranteed to me.Thomas S.
