We’ve rented from UHaul several times in the last couple years to move college kids. This location is very convenient. Didn’t have to wait for help for a long time like we’ve had to do at other locations in Omaha and Ames. Friendly people! Spacious area to maneuver trailers around. And cats! Maybe not a positive to some, but these cats only interested in you if you’re interested in them.

Todd BEverything was a nightmare okay. No one knows what anyone is doing the app doesn't match reality, the people who call you have no idea what is said in the app, and are totally unwilling to do what it takes to keep your purchase valid. I may have rented a 25 ft truck in Spencer and it was okay and I paid for it and when I called you guys said you'd be open and you weren't, and then that's my fault don't tell me you're going to be open if you're not. So I was screwed. 40 miles and the other direction I've got to plan to go get a U-Haul. Tragic. I had to call him six times at least to tell them you said you'd give me a mileage discount because they just refused to remember they said so. Yeah lady it sounds great at the time but we never plan on doing it. And the app itself and the way it recommends movers is a nightmare. In fact I had to call the police over my movers. They left me high and dry and stole my money.

ARNOLD CWhen I pulled up I couldn’t find the proprietor. She was having a smoke break and appeared to be watching videos in a side room. The store smells like cat urine. It appears that the store has not been cleaned in decades and still carries merchandise from the 1980s. Though I was clear that I wanted to drop off my unit in Rochester, MN she added Winona,MN as my drop-off.

Karri APick-up location did a fine job, however my lack luster rating was due to when I booked the reservation, it was set for the wrong day (pick-up) and I had to drive an extra 32 miles while trying to problem solve on my phone the entire time to procure another trailer.

Rick PThe drop off locations was also changed with consulting the customer, Adding an additional half hour of travel time and gas usage for the rental. The staff at the facility were accommodating and personable.
STACEY HWe had to argued over $4 worth of gas. He wanted us to fill the tank four of pocket when we got it at the location with 7/8. We called the pickup location to make sure we were reading everything correctly and the paperwork was correct it was all correct. We have pictures and everything and when we left told us he was gonna charge $30 for gas we are waiting on that charge to hit so we can dispute.

Jared TTechnology was lacking. I was the only customer but it still took almost an hour to pick up one trailer. I had to provide all of my personal details multiple times because the store computer was not functional, the owners phone didn't complete the transaction, and we had to walk to the owners house to use his computer there to finish my reservation.
