Windows were down snow inside was told to go one place went couldn't get the truck keys were in side then went to scriba to get uhaul that were the windows were down and couldn't get key out of the box then did call 800 number and I wanted 19.99 uhaul got a different and charged me for upgrade which I didn't ask for over all very Un happy first time I used uhaul was great but not this time for over 135.00 I feel I shouldn't be charged that price with all I had to go threw u guys need to make things easier for older people please contact me on this matter

Julie MThe trailer hitch was tricky to secure. I needed to get a tool from the toolbox I carry in my car to turn the knob that locks the hitch on to the ball. A simple toolbox with basic tools and spray lubricant (on site) would help the employee do their job.
