My overall Uhaul experience was terrible. My reservation was completely changed, I didn't get anything that I requested. I needed a 26 foot truck and got two 10 foot trucks. The online check in took much longer than expected so I missed the deadline for the second truck. When I needed assistance from customer service it took about 15 min to get someone on the line. I will never use Uhaul again and I would NEVER recommend that any of my friends or family rent a Uhaul either.

After we left the location we realized the trailer had a flat tire. We tried to take it to a location in Janesville and they stated they could not help us. The original location didn’t have a working printer so we had no paperwork with us to call roadside assistance. We had to go to a local tire repair place and pay to have it fixed

Truck was clean enough but tjere was a spare tire on the front so the truck shook like crazy on the highway.. and they said we didn’t put fuel in and we did.. and told the guy.. who never checked in our truck or checked fuel.. had to call customer service for assistance.. not a happy Sat.. after first truck had a dead battery in Janesville and we had to add 20 miles to our mileage to get it.. it was never checked in and ready for us.. again .. not a great experience.. sorry.. but trucks need to be checked closer..

The lady at the station had no idea what she was doing as far as checking out the truck. At the end she ended up calling her boss and he was very helpful.

The trailer was not hooked up properly from the facility. It came off the ball of my vehicle. It was hooked up by them as I didn't know how to properly do it. A Good Samaritan stopped to help me get it back on the b-ball so I could get to the other UHaul facility to get the rest of my reservation. I had to go get the appliance dolly at another facility as they didn’t have one. I had to wait additional time there to get it. Plus they fixed the connection for the trailer. This contributed to me being late on my four hours. The other issue was torrential rains which I chose not to try and drive with the equipment. Keeping it safer. I was not expecting a fee of over $20 for being late. I was not given any paperwork when I checked out the equipment so I didn’t have a number to call other than the one in my text. That number no one picked up and I couldn’t leave a voicemail as it wasn’t set up.
