The cab of the truck was gross, melted chocolate everywhere. Dash board seats. Floor mats filthy. Windows dirty. Box of the truck was not swept out. We got a pile of dirt out of it. We took 2 hours cleaning out this truck.

I didn’t have any issue with the location. It was a dark gas station which seemed to have a lot of trucks. Just wasn’t my favorite place to get a truck. Did t have a comfy feel. I didn’t trust that the location would be able to help with any issues that might have come up. The vehicle had a twisted bumper which didn’t affect my trip but could have affected another’s trip. The check engine light was on when I started the truck. I didn’t trust that the operator of the location would be helpful. Felt like it was better to take the truck then try to get another truck.

I spoke with the attendant about the gas and was told I had filled it enough and then I get a charge for almost $20 for the gas level. I also got charged for additional miles when I was told at the first location my drop off was in Centralia where I was transporting the materials to then I was told it was Tumwater so I had to drive 25 miles to the next location and got charged almost $20 for that too. Very disgusted with uhaul right now

return location's "computer" was not working and person at counter was not very helpful. Truck was left with 1/4 tank of gas, exactly the same amount of gas that i picked it up with. Receipt for drop off received via email said truck had 1/8 tank of gas and i was charged $113.55 for fuel surcharge and fuel. This is a predatory practice. All customer service individuals i spoke to on the phone were very helpful. Overall experience was very positive with exception of dropoff and fuel charge.

i ordered a van at .79 a mile, i was contacted and told there was no vans at this location, the person on the phone, told me i could go to an different location 15 miles away (one way) and pick up a van or get a small box truck at this current location. I didn't need a box truck so i took the van, did the math on miles extra on 30 miles and called back and asked about the box truck was assured it was the same price of the van, and i decided to keep the previous ( this location) and small box truck. NOT ONE TIME DID The representative tell me it was a higher price for milage and at $1.18 per milage the rental was MUCH more than reserved price was!!

The person responsible for the return was single-handedly responsible for the gas station and the UHaul return. Asked me to do most of the work for the return, including disconnecting the UHaul and parking it. Not his fault as he was one person trying to do two or three jobs, but not an ideal return location (again, not the fault of the worker, but a problem with the location and stafffing).

The back door was broke and I could not open it myself and I had to get 2 guys to help open it so I could load it. Then I could not get the door down. So I had to drive with the door up. Also the trucks engine made a very loud noise so I didn't know if it was going to stop. I would have taken the truck back but I had an appointment time to pickup my items and could not be late.

Nothing! I don't know if the man who waited on me was the owner or an employee, but was very nice. He chatted with me while processing the pick up as we bonded over living in the same area years ago.

It is your average gas station; kind of a random place to drop off a U-haul truck. The Chevron staff member was as helpful as he could be. I was attempting to exchange a damaged truck for a new truck, but wasn't in the system. It turns out that U-haul roadside assistance gave me incorrect information about how the process works. The Chevron staff member was sympathetic and wanted to give me a new truck, but the exchange wasn't in his computer system, so he couldn't.

The guy seemed annoyed he had to help me. Wanted me to move aside so he could help 3 other people. Wouldn’t print me off a receipt so I also never got to sign the return paperwork form, never checked the trailer at all. I wouldn’t use them again.

Duncan is top-notch. There was also another young fellow working when i first had it checked it out to me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Clearly-stated info and helpful. The BEST U-Haul customer service I’ve received to-date and ive rented many times before from many other locations. This location is my destination for U-Haul renting after today’s experience. Keep uo the great work Duncan & other young man (sorry, didnt get his name. Duncan would know it though).

There was cow shut all over the uhaul. Had to wait to get another one. This cost time and my business money. Wifi is terrible at this location so checkout takes a very long time.

The only recommendation I have is for the renters of the vehicles to clean out the trucks before they return them. I left my rental cleaner than how I received it :-)

When checking in the vehicle, the employee couldn't read the gas gauge and almost cost me a 60$ fuel charge. Some back and forth and showing before pictures finally convinced him it was properly at the agreed upon level. Will give them another chance but if it happens again they clearly do it intentionally

Guy couldn’t pull up the reservation with his computer. Told him about the issue with the door but nothing was done. I don’t blame him tho it did seem like it wasn’t his job to do that anyway.

check in employee was under prepared for rental truck returns. had to call dispatch for instructions and left me standing there 30 minutes while he tried to figure out how to complete the rental return online.

I picked up the equipment without issue. The next day I get a call saying that the trailer wasn't dispatched and I owed money for it even though he gave me the trailer. Then the drop-off point wasn't updated to what it showed on the receipt and it took me an hour to get that fixed soni could drop the truck and trailer. Terrible.

It took me a 1/2 hour to get the trailer... They had a uhaul truck in front of it, No one came out to help load it on to my car... So I had to go back in twice to get help
