Apparently, U-haul changed our drop off mid process (I didn't answer the phone mid packing). Unfortunately, this is a drop off location only and the employees don't have answers. Called U-haul and Danielle was very helpful. She was able to reinstate Village Liquor as our drop off. Pick up location did not give me a lock to secure the back so I couldn't lock the truck key in the back. The woman at Village Liquor (Emmi?) was willing to take the key from me although that was not their typically practice. I appreciate that!

After I contracted the pick-up and drop-off, I received a call from one of your representatives to change the drop-off due to the number of trucks going to that location. I agreed, it added twenty minutes to the drop-off journey as well as miles on the truck. Much to my surprise and disappointment, I received an additional mileage charge resulting to the drop-off change. Other than that, it was a good experience.
