Drop off location was a little tricky to find but once found it was an easy return

What a terrible app. Thank goodness for the employee at the location. I had the app crash 3 times. Each time I tried to set up a rental, the prompts in the app were different. When I talked with him, he told me I already had 2 vans rented, but I had no confirmation.
