I loved being to able to do everything via phone. The only feedback I have is that when I was checking the truck out initially, the pictures that I was to upload of the truck would NOT save in your website. I tried it at least 3 times. I finally got to the place where I just hit "skip" photo and tried to make a comment for each photo but that would not save either. Thanks

I was out in the coold snowing, and I couldn't open the look I'm still dealing with the paint in my hands because of it. I will definitely never try it again or even try to recommend it. Shamarie PWent in a back door and nobody seemed to know anything about anything. They had to call somebody on the phone and that my man helped me over the phone and he was very nice. The people do not speak English very good and that is a very big detriment. If the guy that was running, the store had not helped me somewhat I would not have known anything. The mirror on the passenger side was unmovable. I never could see out of it, and I couldn’t move to the right lane at any time. It was very dangerous. If I had not had a passenger to help me, we probably would’ve had an accident. The wrong dolly was put inside the U-Haul and there were no pads provided.
