CURTIS NU-Haul has the wrong operating hours listed for this location, which caused confusion and frustration for me on the day I picked up the truck. U-Haul should always ensure the information they are providing to the customer is accurate.

kimberly kAfter our first attempt to receive reserved equipment at 66 Auto in Beebe Arkansas was unsuccessful U-Haul assistance located the desired equipment at this location. Vilonia Treasure Chest Flea Market's manager and his family stayed late to insure we received the equipment. I highly recommend this location as they went above and beyond to make sure we had the required equipment to facility moving our daughter after her Master's Degree graduation.

John FMake sure to offer moving straps, blankets and dolly. I rented the truck for my son to drive And once he arrived at my home, he asked me for these items. I was not aware if they didn’t come with the truck would’ve been nice if they had asked me. With that said I called them and they did not charge me to use the dolly. Really nice people.

michael fI had a uhaul rented at Conway U Storage. I walk in the door to pickup my rental and they don’t have it. Had to drive 30 minutes from that location to pick one up. The employee had just called uhaul to tell them they didn’t have my rental. Absolutely ridiculous service I was told by uhaul when they called where I had to go to get my rental. Conway U Storage should have informed me earlier that they didn’t have my rental. I was told I was number one which means they should have had a truck ready for me. Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a uhaul place. Treasure Chest in Vilonia was amazing on the other hand they had my truck ready when I walked in the door. They get an A+ from me. Conway U Storage gets an F I’ll never rent from there!!!
