Everything went well but it took a while to get the contract sorted before I could take the truck - the server was taking a long time to load. It sounds like it was an issue and U-Haul's end with their server system. Everything else went smooth.

I had a reservation but they couldn't find it. They said it would be faster if he redid the reservation there. I asked if the price would be the same he said yes. I knew the estimated amount beforehand and his was much higher. When I asked why he said that is with tax and mileage. When I got the final bill I see a $15 surcharge. I was never told there would be this extra charge nor did I approve of it. Sneaky way to add excess fees.

Even ran into an issue where we had to extend our time on renting the equipment and called back before the schedule return time.
