It is little difficult to find it is on a one way street and the directions are not clear that you have to go up a one way street 1 block in order to go down the actual one way and get to the shop

The truck drove badly very bumpy and shaking when I returned the the truck the attendant he drove over the guard grail protection for the pumps and did a lot of damage. He asked me to hep but damage was very bad to left rear wheel well I advised him to call a wrecker because he tried to back up and more damage was done resulting in partial removal of pump guard the truck was stuck and I informed him that trying to move it would cause more damage

We picked up the truck without any issues using the 24/7 app. When returning it, the app had a lot of glitches. They should fix the app.

First of all we were shorted hours on how long we could keep the truck when the reservation said we had until 3pm the next day but on site it became 12pm. Ok fine we'll deal with that. Then we were only given 58 miles to drive it was 10 miles just to get to the loading spot.

I originally booked my reservation for Carden’s Gifts in Sylacauga, AL. When I got there, the mobile check in said that no equipment had been assigned to me and to call customer service. It took over 30 minutes for someone to find me a new location to use. I had to drive 20 miles out of the way to pickup the only truck that was available. I want the $50 credit applied to my card since my “guaranteed” reservation was not available when I arrived and I was extremely inconvenienced by having to drive so far to another location.

Vintage Garage was closed on Saturday when we returned the vehicle. They are located on the backside of a historic shopping district and getting into the facility required some looking up and down streets.

The equipment was readily available and in good condition. However, the dolly that I ordered was not with the vehicle. I have yet to get a refund.

Originally set to drop off at 105 coosa pines and couldn't find the location on GPS. Their number was disconnected so we couldn't call. I would get rid of this location all together. Thankfully there was vintage garage and they were ab6to gelp

YOU CAN HAVE EQUIPMENT READY FOR ME WHEN AND CLOSE TO MY LOCATION. THE OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM UHAUL WHEN THEY CALLED SUCKED I MADE RESERVATIONS IN SEPTEMBER TO GET A UNIT YOU MADE ME DRIVER OVER AN HOUR TO GET THE UNIT. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!!! YOU HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO MOVE A UNIT CLOSER TO BIRMINGHAM FOR ME TO PICKUP INSTEAD OF DRIVING OUT OF MY WAY TO GET THE UNIT. YOU NEVER PLANNED FOR A UNIT TO BE MOVED. OVER ALL SATISFACTION SUCKED I AM IN LOGISTICS AND POOR PLANNING THE PLACE YOU SENT THE GUY SAID HE HAS HAD TRAILERS FOR WEEKS. I had to use your after hours internet based check out system. It's built for the company not the consumer. It took 42 minutes to check out the truck, take the pictures and make a curate comments. It sucks that someone else turns in a dirty truck to this location and I have to spend my time and money cleaning it or I get charged.

The trailer was full of potting soil, sea shells, and dead leaves. Took me about 2 hours to get the trailer cleaned before I can use it. However, the business owner was very nice and helpful.

Not a very good experience at all took 4 hours to finish pick up. Shifted from clerk to clerk asking the same questions and having me check stuff on my end versus their end. Card charged then taken back then charged again caused 175 overdraft fees to my account. Not at all what I expected from Uhaul, being that you all are at the top of moving fleet. Maybe I will have better luck next time if there will be a next time. Thank You

I paid for moving blankets that were not in the trailer. My daughter picked up the trailer and didn't know to check for the blankets. I tried to call this location several times on Friday but no one would answer. We left at 4:30 am and couldn't wait for them to open. I had to receive the refund in Jacksonville, FL

This location was great but it was not the location that uhaul online provided for me. I booked in Columbiana, then uhaul.com re booked me in Montevallo where they didn't actually have the dolly I booked. So I rebooked myself again for childersburg. the whole process took me 2 hours of driving and over 60 miles to get this sorted. If I had any choice to not rent from uhaul ever again I would.

The engine light was one and was a concern and it was notified to the man as I was talking with him, but he stated it should be fine, so I drove it and as I drove it, the U-Haul was not driving right it seemed as if the transmission was slipping.. Got home(like 15-20 away)and called back to let them knw home it was driving and that when I opened the cargo part it was infested with roaches. So the lady end up connecting me to roadside assistance and I talk with a man and he said he could send someone out to look at it but it would take approximately 1hr to 1hr30min to come out! And as far as the roach problem to call customer service or buy something to kill them and get reimbursed! So I went and bought something for the roaches and then had to clean it out and then let it air out so that put me behind schedule for the rest of time period.

ASHLEY Hicks is the paying customer. Please fix this in your system. I was unaware of an after hours drop off fee. Site only mentions locations that accept 24 hour drop off. Please mention extra fee and price on your site.

When the pick up location is established by U-Haul, that location should called the customer to verify pick up times so there is no conflict/discrepancy.

Not bad overall. Little slow. But good garage so if you need some work done while your car is parked, let them know. Not well supplied with some of the add-ons.
