Equipment I requested well in advance was not in the truck. Location was not open. So had to hand move all cartons which created delays. Returned the truck less than an hour late and was charged double rental fees and insurance but yet they failed to refund the dolly charge that were reported when rented. My bill doubled from the quote for under an hour of being late returning with no consideration of the time it cost me for the equipment not being on the truck that I requested. Had to carry every carton that day by hand individually. After sending in a rebuttal I was refunded just $15. This was second time my equipment was not in a truck I rented. I will tell every persons in my family and within earshot for the future to never rent from Uhaul. There are too many other options similar to be treated like this while they hold no one accountable at their partners for not creating a quality customer experience.

ROBERT HFix your app, and don't charge me a cleaning fee especially since I had to clean other peoples messes. Also the door feels like it's going to fall off.
Payton PPick up easy allowed me to take pics and upload all on phone....drop off said I didn't have rental and was very hard and store had 1 employee...no iPad had to use her personal phone and poor cell phone coverage. Ginger(was very courteous and helpful) thankfully req transfer and found us as even though uhaul sent me the address we dropped off as drop off location.

James LThe mobile check in was perfect and easy. Maybe change the steps. I had to walk to the back of the parking lot to “find my truck” then walk back to the front to get the keys. But overall great service.

Kevin AThe only issue I had with this location is that it was a very tight squeeze to get hooked up to the trailer with the way they had them parked. Other than that, everything was great.
BENJAMIN PThe Toy Hauler is an absolute piece of TRASH. It claims you can hall “Toys” but can’t load sport's cars on it without coming up with creative ways to load the trailer it puts you in an unsafe position. Then there is the fact when you get a “Toy. Hauler” it doesn’t come with any tire or other straps to secure load, Hardly anyone carries tire straps which are needed, securing by rims isn’t always an option due to expense of possible damage from straps over an extended trip there is no storage box for straps, it has tie down points but nothing to tie down with. Again a hearty expense that hits hard plus difficult to find , a trailer like this should have them. Doesn’t have any adjustments to help load and ramps have a steep incline absolutely impractical for most “Toys’” Trailer was Trash difficult to load and left us scrambling to properly secure load lastly the center part of the trailer narrows with a staircase type feature tire side walls have to squeeze past it is very concerning to me.

VikingTransport DOne of the confusing things about rentals is sometimes you are asked to verify a serial number but they don't match.....or it is actually wanting confirmation on the tag number. I felt like this may have happened to me but I acknowledged it and went on since the toy hauler I picked up was the only one there. I think the verification was for the tag number maybe starting with BT but I read it as serial number which starting with TR. Cannot remember. Just something to check because this same scenario happened to me 3 months ago on another trailer.
