This location was very odd location in a neighborhood, no staff on hand, I dropped my key in the box.

STEVEN BThe persons house that the uhaul trailer was at was gross and in an unsafe area. The lady was rude and not helpful. She didn't know what was going on. When I opened the trailer at home, there was garbage, leftover food, and a weight set in there. I almost threw up from the smell. Someone was living in there. I want my money back.

NICHOLAS ZDrop off no one around facility, called several times, before a return call, to confirm, delivery, but, after that , things fell in place
hugh gU-Haul screwed up again when I was deliverying my truck… app kept lagging and then shutdown and showed that I never had a reservation.. once again I had to contact and wait for customer support… will not use U-Haul ever again unless I get a refund..
Jack BNo one at the counter. No one answered the phone at the location. Took 15 minutes to find someone to help get the vehicle. They did not know how to check me in with the app. I had to check myself in online on the app which I asked to do at the start but they insisted on using their iPad and spent an extra 15 minutes wasting time till I checked in myself.

Joseph RLocation is in a gentleman's front yard. He was very nice and helpful with the U-Haul phone call. He was not able to physically help with the trailer due to age. The U-Haul phone registration was a below average experience. It was very hard to hear and understand requests. I ordered the trailer on-line and set up an account, but was now being asked to upload my driver license and verify info.
Mark SWe had to replace both tires 1500 miles into our trip and had new ones installed. At the conclusion of the trip (2000 additional miles), one of the new tires was already starting to go bald. Tires were correct pressure. Need to check into this unit to prevent possible blow out.
Paul DKey lock didn’t open, remote or unattended check in is a nightmare. It took 45 minutes with the help of customer service. Terrible.

Casey BThey didn't have any pigtales for trailer light hookups and I needed one because the main one on the trailer was barely able to plug into the one on the truck. Also, one of the tires on the trailer was low. I had to go to another Uhaul location to get these issues resolved before leaving for my destination.

Mark LSomeone to be there to help hook up the trailer. Did a online rental she did not know that i had requested a trailer as she told me she had not checked her emails this was 12 hours later .
Jay DProvide assistance when picking up a truck! What was supposed to take 10 minutes took more than 3 and a half hours to pickup the truck.
Thomas BThe worst experience. Gas was less than a quarter and the lady said there was a half of tank . I took pictures before hand. The guy had no clue what truck I reserved. On top of that gave me no contract.
ADRIAN TI have some HUGE concerns about the remote process. The machine initially wouldn't take my debit card, but then I offered another card. The debit card eventually went through and then it was immediately hacked after that.
