You should have a second person working there or not be a U-Haul at all. The parking lots super tiny have to parallel park into a bush at that, behind the other U-Haul. The person at the shop seemed nice but had a car to work on so was annoyed with trying to check me in and somewhat rude that I didn’t do it online but I’ve always had someone have me write down the contacts and sign some papers. My far the worst experience I’ve had, I had to push my movers back 45 mins. Over all I don’t think it was the guys fault, he didn’t seem trained on checking people in and he was taking care of his shop.
