I did not interact with anyone there. I simply parked the vehicle and dropped the key. There should be a NA option on this survey.

They charge me 39$ extra because I had to go around and around looking for a place that didn’t exist making me go 39 miles more. The next thing the lady had put from U-Haul to the house and not back to U-Haul making me pay extra money for not putting the info right. When we went to return the van to the address they gave me the building didn’t exist there was nothing there. I will never get another U-Haul. Very bad communication with everything starting with my phone number they got it all wrong to the address a very frustrating day very very bad service.
