James CSeamless experience origin to destination. Good customer service, good trucks, the app is great very convenient and helpful and returning the rigs was a breeze. You all needs a slogan on the side of their trucks that says, "U-Haul - moving America." I would also recommend putting the 1-800 U-Haul phone number on all the trucks.

Summer WIt took us 90minutes to get because we had no internet at the location we're the Truck was. Other then that it was a good.
Martin GI originally was allowed to reserve a cargo van from the Mesquite location even though neither location in town have cargo vans. I had to call customer service to find this out as each location was telling me I had to pick up the vehicle at the other location. I was somewhat concerned that this was even allowed to happen. I ended taking a 10' truck. Everything went as expected after that. I was surprised at the smoothness and ease of the drive. The young man who took care of my check-in was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, you do have a monopoly in our area, so I have nothing to compare you to.

Greg MThe person I delt with was fine, but my reservation I had done had to be all redone when I got there and it took about an hour. I was told that everything would be the same as on my original reservation. However, I was contacted by a different U-haul in St. George to take my vehicle to, but this was done after I already dropped the vehicle off at the River Rd. site in St. George. On the other in, the St. George site on River Road did not put in my information and when contacted on Monday, three days after I dropped the vehicle off, told me they would process my vehicle. When I got the notification, they had me dropping off the vehicle on Sunday and charging me an extra day!!!!!!! I dropped the vehicle off on Friday at 5:00 PM, less then six hours after picking the vehicle off. I contacted them on Tuesday April 2 and they said they would look into it, and a day later I have not seen anything from them. This whole experience has been the worst ever with U-Haul. I am 61 years old and have used U-Haul many times for many reasons over the years and have only had good experiences. Keith BThe location was perfectly fine and exceedingly convenient. But the truck was clearly not cleaned and the gas level had been run down to 4 miles to empty. (Fortunately, the location is a gas station, so it was easy to fill up. But getting a truck with 4 miles to empty was startling to say the least.) I had to wipe down the inside of the cab to get rid of what seemed like a large amount of dirt.

ANCIL MI never really had any interaction with employees other than handing the keys over to a counter employee. There weren't any "surprises" on the vehicle return so I am happy about that.
