The person I delt with was fine, but my reservation I had done had to be all redone when I got there and it took about an hour. I was told that everything would be the same as on my original reservation. However, I was contacted by a different U-haul in St. George to take my vehicle to, but this was done after I already dropped the vehicle off at the River Rd. site in St. George. On the other in, the St. George site on River Road did not put in my information and when contacted on Monday, three days after I dropped the vehicle off, told me they would process my vehicle. When I got the notification, they had me dropping off the vehicle on Sunday and charging me an extra day!!!!!!! I dropped the vehicle off on Friday at 5:00 PM, less then six hours after picking the vehicle off. I contacted them on Tuesday April 2 and they said they would look into it, and a day later I have not seen anything from them. This whole experience has been the worst ever with U-Haul. I am 61 years old and have used U-Haul many times for many reasons over the years and have only had good experiences. The location was perfectly fine and exceedingly convenient. But the truck was clearly not cleaned and the gas level had been run down to 4 miles to empty. (Fortunately, the location is a gas station, so it was easy to fill up. But getting a truck with 4 miles to empty was startling to say the least.) I had to wipe down the inside of the cab to get rid of what seemed like a large amount of dirt.

Natasha LBecause uhual was charging 3500$ for a 20’ truck, I rented on from Beaver UT - and then was allowed to pick this location to pick it up for 778$. Even with the 1$ per mile overage it cost me about 1050$ total. This was an absolute Predatory move by Corp Uhual and border line price gouging. In the end, I had to waste my valuable time to save 2500$ from the greedy Corp Uhual leadership.

JESUS GMy experience renting from UHaul in Mesquite was excellent- everyone was friendly and the process from pickup to return was great. Only comment - truck steering was loose and pulled to the right a little - but not unmanageable

sarah bI would recommend the location and Gill for the job she did but I would NOT ever recommend your 24/7 setup!!!! The whole experience was horrible. It never sent me the correct contract to complete. Thankfully Gill helped me even though she was not trained yet and they were closed but she is the only reason we were able to get a truck. We were given the wrong code number for truck assigned. Mia never updated it or sent me the correct one so everything was wrong!!!!

David NThe man was very helpful, had a truck on lot I could rent immediately locally. The milage was wrong by 4 miles going out, minor. I rented for 2 days but returned it a day early that i did not need it for. I had it less than 24 hours of use. i was told I would get a refund after for one day 24 hour I did not use it for. I should be only charged milage, one day rental. My deposit needed to be returned as well. I have rented several times over the past couple decades from Uhaul. on several moves I have done. I like uhaul. overall.
