Engine might have an exhaust leak or something but it has a lot of miles. Driver’s door didn’t want to close and latch all the way. Worked great otherwise!

Will not be using U-Haul again. You didn’t get any aspect of my reservation right, and solved every issue at the expense of my own time and money. No fuel, wrong truck, last minute pickup change, no equipment I reserved, and making me drive around the metroplex checking locations for said equipment. Absolutely no help from customer service. Rude people who couldn’t be more apathetic. My day was made so much more stressful, because U-Haul has a very loose definition of what “guarantee” means, and because so many of their employees just do not care. As if moving day wasn’t stressful enough, U-Haul has to gouge you at every opportunity and then pull the rug out from underneath you at the last second.
