Had a tire coming apart trailer was parked by an asshole so you can’t get at the receiver. This place is not staffed nor open despite hours given in app. I had to scrounge a metal bar to pry the trailer tongue out so I could get at the coupler. Fucking waste of time using this location.

it was very difficult to get the keys for the truck. I had to talk to a representative from U-Haul on the phone because the only person at the location was a mechanic that didn't speak any English. they'd locked the key in a lock box, but I hadn't received a code to unlock a box, I was setup for an in-person transaction so it took the help of a wonderful agent on the phone to help me get everything I needed.

AMBER MWasn’t told I was to return rental to same location, I returned to a different location, they called me back 2 hrs after I dropped off and told me I had to pick up rental and return where I originally picked up, I was charged for the extra miles since I had to return to original pick up site. I was never told by anyone I had to return the rental at same location.
ROSITA VThe location was awful i was really disappointed that i ended up agreeing to go somewhere else that was less popular. I would’ve spent the extra money than go to that location. I also had to try and call multiple times to get through to anyone to even know what to do there. Maybe some more direction or send out a step by step of what to expect before picking up the u-haul.
C OI was charged fees that I shouldn’t have been charged. I was charge a fee for returning the truck over my time when I returned the truck on time. I even came back the next day because the app was showing that my rental is still showing active. And was told it would be taken care of. Instead I was overcharged.
