Wasn’t told I was to return rental to same location, I returned to a different location, they called me back 2 hrs after I dropped off and told me I had to pick up rental and return where I originally picked up, I was charged for the extra miles since I had to return to original pick up site. I was never told by anyone I had to return the rental at same location.

The location was awful i was really disappointed that i ended up agreeing to go somewhere else that was less popular. I would’ve spent the extra money than go to that location. I also had to try and call multiple times to get through to anyone to even know what to do there. Maybe some more direction or send out a step by step of what to expect before picking up the u-haul.
C OI was charged fees that I shouldn’t have been charged. I was charge a fee for returning the truck over my time when I returned the truck on time. I even came back the next day because the app was showing that my rental is still showing active. And was told it would be taken care of. Instead I was overcharged.
