There was confusion about the mobile check in. When I made the reservation, it asked which I would prefer so I chose counter check in since I would be picking up the truck after opening hours, but no one was there. The person I spoke with on the phone was very apologetic and helpful. After the mobile check in was explained, it was very easy.

There was lots of dirt in the back of the truck when I got it, and the worker tried to charge me for it. Had to wait 30 minutes each time to pick up and drop off the truck, even though there were no customers. I was basically threatened and pressured into buying the insurance. The guy made is seem like he would try to pin me for anything he could.
