When I scheduled the van, I requested a 10' van with blankets and a hand truck. I got a call the day before and they changed my pick up location, the size of the van and they didn't have a record of the other items I requested. When I picked the van up, I had to take a 15' van and I had to travel to another U-Haul location to get the moving blankets and hand truck. Luckily we didn't have an issue with any of the equipment but the whole experience was VERY frustrating.

Maybe not illegally threaten people to provide free equipment transportation. Your arbitration clause means nothing when you willingly and purposely break the contract.
