Not well marked as U-Haul location. Not much parking. Not attended although I knew that. But without clear signage and at night it was low confidence pulling in to park and finding parking spot. Not docking them for no personnel since it was communicated as not staffed, but not well lit and not much parking, and again- poor signage. And without the reservation in the app it took me a long time to be able to check the truck back in.

Driveway was scary slippery

Paul LLocation was closed which is fine. The Uhaul app is not useful if you can’t login. I wasted a lot of time trying to get to the drop off process. I received a call from return location the day before, they were very helpful.
