The customer service was terrible. The person that runs that location needs to re-evaluate what he wants to do for a living because client service is not for this person. Very rude and unaccommodating and unhelpful to say the least.

Make sure gas tank is full at pick up so it's easier to fill tank before returning truck. My truck had 3/4 tank when I picked it up . It was hard to fill to that exact amount before returning.

The after hours drop off process was difficult. I was unable to share my location. I opened location settings and it still didn't work. I anticipate that I didn't get charged. Everything was screenshotted and is available for review.

I did not like that I had to drive all the way to Warwick NY to pick the trailer. I find it hard to believe that it was the closest one to me.

Sending the pictures via e-mail didn't work for me. I prefer checking the vehicle in person as in the past? Some things work better low tech, in my opinion. In my case, no harm was done by my not being able to access the pictures since the vehicle was new with no dings. However, if a question arose, it could have been a problem.

don't understand the reason for a 75 dollar cleaning fee for a 1 day rental were i returned the vehicle in the same condition that i received it in.

Insurance coverage which is not needed if your own auto insurance covers rentals should not be automatically applied to the invoice. The Uhaul dealer should ask the customer if they want to add this coverage or not. This is the way is always used to be ( I have rented from Uhaul over 20 times over the years). However this time it was on the invoice and when I asked the dealer/cashier to remove it they stated it would be involved and take time to do it over. As we were running behind schedule I decided to leave it and pay the extra $ 14 for insurance which was not needed in my case. This is not a good way to do business... Uhaul should go back to asking the customer if they want it applied before adding to the invoice. Or they should have a easy and quick way to remove it and make sure the cashier/dealer explains this charge to the customer.. In my case it was not even mentioned until I questioned it.!!
