ANGEL V.I have rented from this location several times. The service is extremely slow. I filled out everything on line, each time.. When I went to pick up the trailer I was told the person who handles UHaul would be right with me. Both she, and the tech who was milling around by us for 15 minutes while she helped store customers, knew we were waiting. Then, finally, she turns to us ( we were waiting just 10 feet away, at another counter in the store) and tells us to go out and hook up the trailer and come back in to do the paperwork, which I had already completed on-line- As if she could not have simply given us the 10 seconds attention to have us do this 15-20 minutes earlier. Again, the guy who helped with hook-up had been standing around waiting. The whole experience took nearly an hour, and we were the only UHaul Customer. This location needs to figure out how to prioritize the U Haul Customer experience. I have rented from other locations. This location really needs improvement.

Mitchell K.If a customer returns equipment with materially MORE gas than when it was picked up, there should be a system to credit the customer an amount as the next customer and uhaul benefit from that additional gas. It would set uhaul apart from the others.

dawn M.They charged me for three gal's of gas after I just put gas into the truck and fulled it half way as I took the truck and I have pictures to proof that. I felt they nickel and dime me and they should not have. For 18 dollars.

JOSEPH F.I registered online to pick up the truck using my phone. The U Haul APP wasn't working, and I was put on hold for 70 mins without success. The Wadeson's store was able to get me set-up inside once they opened.The U Haul APP not working set me back about 90 mins total, delaying my job, people, and rushing me to get the job done. Very poor customer service. Wadeson's was ecellent though in helping me get back on track
