Great overall experience.
Peter ZI was charged $27 for missing blankets. I returned next day to dispute because we never used any blankets. The woman said' well the seal of the blankets was broken and the blankets were missing.' I told them the man who furnished me the truck simply gave preliminary instructions about the truck and di NOT do a walk through prior to my leaving. Furthermore this woman (when I returned the truck) simply asked 'did you gas up?' tonwhich I replied 'yes'. She then said 'ok we'll take care of the truck'. Again nobody checked the truck. Walking out I didn't feel.great about the process but figured such a longtime local company would be reputable enough not to play games.

FRED JIt feels like I'm walking into a welcoming family business every time I rent from there. I've gotten to know their U-haul manager and she recognizes me so each transaction is efficient and easy. I will admit I prefer contacting the location directly rather than booking via the online portal.
Sam PThe rep was not helpful at all. I'm 73yrs old. He made me plug in the wiring to my Lincoln. Just stood there, had to get down on my knees to plug in. My brother has 6 u haul centers in Indiana. Customer service is very important.

ANDREW GU-Haul attendant was short spoken and started servicing another customer in the middle of the transaction. She didn’t offer blanket rentals and referenced checking the website for any other info

John HFire the crew at this site. The counter person was brusque and abrupt. The truck had not been maintained between users. The cab was filthy. The truck was parked with the passenger side in weeds that were waist high, making a complete inspection difficult. The truck turned out to have a maintenance issue which delayed us for about 3 hours en route. This particular truck had a bent rear step bumper, multiple dings, dents, tears, none of which were noted in its record, so it took me about 30 minutes to document all the damage. I will never use this company again.

Sam PI needed a pick up truck to get some firewood for the season. I ordered the truck online. I picked it up at the location, got checked in… was shown the truck went over what was expected… and on my way. The truck was clean , easy to drive and had all the room for what I needed to do. Upon my return… the check out process was equally effortless. In the event I would need another rental, I would not hesitate to rent from U-Haul again at this location. Thank you to everyone working there. I appreciate you.
Donald MOnline checkin was not ready and had to enter store to complete rental and get keys. Burning an extra 45 minutes ....I returned the keys to the outside key drop as instructed at pu. I see where I was charged a $20.00 fee for an "after hour" return. Picked up the truck@ 9:45 a or so and returned it @ approx. 2:30p same day. When I called the location they said it's was because I used the key drop rather than coming in the store. Absolute gouging .... The 20$ will not impact either Uhaul or myself, it is more the principal. Terrible attitude when I called the store to ask why.....

Pedro PMy only complaint is being charged a “cleaning fee.” I returned the truck as clean as I received it, other than perhaps a few leaves inside. I don’t blame Wadeson’s, but rather UHaul. Otherwise the rental experience was excellent.

Amber KThe staff at Wadeson are some of the grumpiest people I've encountered in a HW store. Nevertheless, the motorcycle trailer was useless to me. The metal corrugated floor of the trailer prevented me from getting the bike up the trailer. My bike sits low and the metal damaged the bottom of my bikes frame where the ramp meets the floor. The metal corrugated floor of the trailer should be flush with the ramp but the floor is an inch higher making it impossible for me to get my bike over the crest and intersection of the floor and the ramp.

GREGORY KThey where inconvenienced when I wanted to rent the trailer. First they told me they didn't have any trailers. When I informed them that there where three on the lot they asked me if I had a appointment. When I said no it seemed to be a problem even though they weren't promised to anyone else. They did rent me the trailer but definitely will not rent or buy anything from the store again. I experienced this similar problem with the same individual before but just assumed they where having a bad day but apparently that's how she treats everyone.
Brent SI registered online last night with license attached. they stated I needed to do it again. THis is my second rental two different locations both were on the slow side to get the truck and start to go and do what I needed todo. today was slow even once I was finished to close out rental.

james cDo not change what a customer requested without consulting them. I understand you may not be able to fulfill, don't just put whatever in its Place. And do not say you will remove it from the account and credit me 15 and cause a customer 3 to 5 business days for a refund of 165 the cost of the rental I did not request or receive. I am on a budget this credit is a hardship for me. It was not necessary if they had notified the regular dolly was not available all would have been OK. Be careful at this site otherwise experience was fine.

ANGEL VI have rented from this location several times. The service is extremely slow. I filled out everything on line, each time.. When I went to pick up the trailer I was told the person who handles UHaul would be right with me. Both she, and the tech who was milling around by us for 15 minutes while she helped store customers, knew we were waiting. Then, finally, she turns to us ( we were waiting just 10 feet away, at another counter in the store) and tells us to go out and hook up the trailer and come back in to do the paperwork, which I had already completed on-line- As if she could not have simply given us the 10 seconds attention to have us do this 15-20 minutes earlier. Again, the guy who helped with hook-up had been standing around waiting. The whole experience took nearly an hour, and we were the only UHaul Customer. This location needs to figure out how to prioritize the U Haul Customer experience. I have rented from other locations. This location really needs improvement.
Douglas OI cannot think of any improvements that are needed. I had a very good experience from start to finish.
