GENE MIf the next customer has any problems,PLEASE, PLEASE , PLEASE don’t have them contact the scheduling office, the lady who called us from 631-244-7924 was extremely rude and unhelpful with our situation. My wife and I have never been treated so badly. If you have any way of finding out who this lady is, please have her go through any of U-Haul’s retraining on customer service. If we didn’t need the truck, we would have canceled the whole thing and reserved a truck from Penske or another company. The woman in Arizona, Shaneqa, was wonderful after hearing that the original place our truck reservation was closed. She transferred us to the 631 area code number and was very very upset with this woman’s attitude towards us. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
HOWARD JBetter customer service after refilling the fuel level, where I found it. I had a picture to prove where I received the fuel level, the personnel onsight without any knowledge of knowing where I found the fuel started an argument that I should return it full . The lockbox does not work with the code that was provided. It took me more than an hour to get the keys.
Glen MFirst I would like to receive money back. I was inconvenienced, had to wait almost 2 hrs. Tried to do self check in. The keys weren't there! The person at the gas station couldn't speak English. He managed to get the woman in charge who left and apparently went to Costco. There was a guarantee that my truck would be reserved on the website. That wasn't the case. I had a 3 hour delay with my trip because of this

David MBeware! I went to the local U-Haul for a trailer to take to Delaware. They said I may have to go to another location to pick it up. Uhaucalled me the day before. The unhelpful , unfriendly woman told me I would have to drive 40 minutes in the wrong direction and back if I wanted the trailer. When I questioned this she said” I could be sending you to Queens”. The system U-Haul uses sucks. They need to change how they do business and their customer service.
