By far this was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul in my 30 years of rentals. The original location I choose was no longer a U-Haul operator. I was directed to another location. The location I was directed to was closed when I arrived, it did not open until 9:30am. The one and only 15 ft truck would not start. It was given a jump, and I was sent on my way around 9:45am. Once This made me late for the schedule movers which I booked through U-Haul. Once the truck was fully loaded the truck once again would not start. I waited for an hour until a battery was brought to my location and changed out. This caused extra time and money for the hired movers. I was really disappointed in the service I received being that I am frequent U-Haul customer.

The equipment that I requested was not available in the truck. The business had an ‘open’ sign in the door and was unlocked. However, no one was at the location to assist me with the other equipment that was ordered. This pickup was not my choice. It was rescheduled by U-haul without much notice. This experience has definitely left me feeling like I can’t recommend U-haul and this location especially to friends or family.

Gilberto ATruck needs some tlc and when I got it had only half a tank of gas what happen to making people fill up after use I filled it up and cost me 80 dollars even tho I only drove it a few miles enforce the fill up rule
