Return location was hidden in the back of a strip center and hard to find. Once found the staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately their location was not desiable .

The personal at Walker family stones had no clue what they were doing. The original trailer lighting wire was cut and had to be replaced. They only had 12 out of the 24 moving blankets i had ordered and they did not have the moving dolly as i originally requested. It took me near an hour to pick up the uhaul. Absolutely terrible experience 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Curtis KThis was worse than the pick-up location. The address is a strip center and I never found the business that matched the name of the drop off location. I called customer support and their recommendation was to go through the "return" process and that the app would tell me if I was in the wrong location. I never received any error message so I unhooked and left the trailer in front of a store front that at least had a Uhaul decal on the door. I hope your trailer is there. The store front was for something like "Texas RV and Car Care". But it did not look like an operating business, and the parking lot was covered with debris including what appeared to be part of a burnt car. The place did not feel safe. My reservation said they were open until 7pm. There was no one in sight at 6:45. When I called customer support the wait time was supposed to be 50-60 minutes, but luckily, I was able to get through to someone within about 15 minutes who instructed me to leave it there unless the app told me otherwise. The trailer performed great other than the fact that it had not been cleaned. Suggestions: Indicate when making the reservation whether the pickup and drop off locations will be staffed during stated hours by Uhaul trained personnel. Give the customer full discretion to pick the pick-up and drop-off locations, subject to equipment availability. Why the system directed me to a drop-off location in Cypress Tx is unclear but I selected it because it was the closest option presented to me at the time. Also, make it easier for customers to change the drop off location. There is no way to do this on the app and waiting an hour or longer to talk to customer support is ridiculous. I have liked doing business with Uhaul in the past because I do not want to buy my own trailer. This experience is changing my mind about ownership.
