I have to tell you. There's a very helpful lady at the front desk, and I am so sorry not knowing her name. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..... I had a issue and she able to tke care of it quickly. Best Uhaul rental place ever. On Walker by behind the gas station and taco bell. THANK YOU.

DAVID EMike was awesome! I had accidentally gone to the wrong location to pick up my rental and called Mike on my way. He got me checked in right away and made it super easy to get going. He takes pride in his vehicles and seems to genuinely care for his customers. While the Walker st location is a bit out of my way, I will now only go to this location for any u haul needs!

LEE MCan't think of anything. The manager on site, Lori, is a total dream, super nice, helpful, fast, and totally on every aspect. Great person to deal with in every way. The cargo van I rented is a fantasitc vehicle, and was super useful.
Lee MPlease check the cabin light. It didn't go off at all. It is not comfortable while driving at night. The pilot window handle is loose. It comes off every time and it will get lost soon.
ALFONSO GLove the personalized service, got a friendly greeting and the person was super knowledgeable. Would recommend this location. Even told me how to get rescue/help and where it was located on the key ring. First time anyone was this thorough. Clean equipment and paperwork matched the truck condition. Did I mention how easy it was? About 7 mins from check in to driving away.
Taurino CAdditional miles weren't explained. Feels shady. Also, if I'm extending the rental to multiple days from a single day, wouldn't that provide the opportunity to increase those miles because why else would I extend the rental if not to need the truck for longer and drive it additionally. Pretty shitty on U-haul's part for this and also nothing being explained/relayed. Anything for a money grab though right.

RAJENDER RGet new trucks. Service was excellent, but the truck needs to be retired. I believe it was well maintained, but it is just too old to be sending out. It was really loud and sounded like it was going to die. The gentleman at the front desk is aware of the situation and gave us fair warning. I would definitely go back and/or recommend the location if it had newer equipment.
Rodney GThe truck's seat belts are so stiff. The seat belts will not work in case of a problem. It is a safety hazard. The truck is very very old. It was clean though.

JUDITH JLaura is the best U-Haul/storage business owner I have ever interacted with. Her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. She helped start my moving day in a way that made me want to get it done! Pickup and drop off was beyond easy with no surprise charges or pushy salesmanship. She was also hilarious and hardworking. She ran everything herself and on pick up and drop off she was cleanin all her own trucks. Laura at Walker storage is the best U-Haul experience I’ve ever had.
