Everything was perfect
Robert BBooked for pickup at 830am. Was offered in person pick up or mobile. I chose in person. When I arrived site said it opens at 930. Called U-Haul regional office and they forced me to do mobile check in. Once done, appliance dolly was not in truck. Spent 45 min on hold until they told me to go to a different U-Haul site to get dolly.

anthony vThe location was ok but it seemed that the contactless/app rental did not line up exactly with what the location could provide. I was charged for the furniture pads because I rented 6, that were apparently not in the back of the truck because I was also charged for the bags I opened in the back of the truck. The app did not work on my android so I had to use my wife's phone to pick up the truck. Also, when I returned the truck, I was charged an additional $15 just for paying with a credit card... which is the only way I could pay for the contactless pick up. This was a hidden fee added only after I rented the truck. I would like it refunded.

jose aIt was the worst truck I have ever rented from uhaul (I rent about twice a month every month sometimes more). The truck had a leak in the exhaust so it was loud and which in turn consumed more gas, which means I spent more than usual. There were other trucks at the location but somehow this was the one allocated to me. The location was closed due to unexpected reasons which I understand was due to a family obligation (totally understand that, unexpected things happen). Since the location was closed I didn't get a chance to exchange the truck to a different one. However when I called uhaul to complain about the truck, the lady I spoke to, responded as if I was wrong to be complaining. Not helpful at all, in fact borderline rude.
DAMMINT SThe only thing that I was frustrated with was the last minute change of where to pick up my truck. The communication could've been better. Overall, my experience was very good.

maged gTo begin with the bad experience I was there at 10:00am, that was the time of my reservation, and the office was closed. I waited outside in the freezing yard until someone showed up at 10:44. The worst part was the rental itself, the truck had no ramp. It was the most difficult moving and it never occurred to me that a moving thrum didn’t have a ramp. I will never rent from your company and I definitely will not recommend it to anyone.
Luz Ithe rental was extremity high, I did not expect to spend so much money on this project, $0.79 per mile is an outrage price.the facility and the service is ok. it is the price of the rental that it is totally inconceivable.
Luis MDon't triple book an order and send me fifty miles further away. Dont tell me you triple booked five minutes before the end of the day when every other option is closed. AFTER confirming the same morning
