The pickup and drop off was quick and easy…only problem was the passenger side brake and directional light did not work on the trailer

Philip BMaybe not charge someone a $25+ gas fee when they only utilize 3 gallons of gas. Its one thing if someone returns a vehicle with an empty tank. However I barely used any gas and was not going to go to the gas station and calculate how much money it would cost to replenish the exact amount to fill it back to the exact amount I received the truck with.
NICOLAS RHave a better more dependable fleet. The truck I rented was older and fairly beat up. Battery died while I was at the gas station fueling up before returning. Luckily someone there helped me jump the battery so I could get going right away. Otherwise, the location and help were great

DOUGLAS EI would NEVER rent anything from there again. The guy is a jerk and called me repeatedly back to back for no reason. Then when I got back to the location he stormed out and demanded the keys and made my return process extremely difficult. Absolutely WORST LOCATION EVER!

Christopher DMy 1st rental, a van, was EXCELLENT. My 2nd rental was VERY VERY BAD !!!! The box truck. Pass mirror loose, NOOOOOOO GOOD !! Drivers mirror unable to put where needed, TOOOOOO TIGHT !! GAS TANK WAS ON EMPTY, then, when I returned it, I got charged $35 for gas, saying the tank was 1/2 full, WHICH IT WAS NOT, NOT, NOT !!!! My 3rd rental, another van, so far is excellent !! I really think considering I've rented 3 trucks from U from the same location, in the last couple of weeks, MANAHAWKIN, NJ, U should make the $35 GAS CHARGE, give me a credit. THE INTELLIGENT BUSINESS MOVE !! Thank you, Glenn Schroeder
