ANTHONY BIf we had been told we needed to make a reservation for drop-off at the time we made a reservation for pick-up, we might not have had to drive 20 miles to return the truck and avoid being charged additional gas, mileage, and time for our rental. Don't be stingy with information. Set your customer up for success.

JAMES BI was charged twice and it took a full week for the pending charges to clear. That was an extra (approximately) $300 that were unusable from my account. Unacceptable. I had the truck for 1 and a half hours. Ridiculous.

KEVIN SI was disappointed since I originally requested a 10am pickup time which was not available until 1pm. I inspected the exterior and interior was unable to check the back tires due to where it was parked sandwiched between two other trucks. While driving to my home I noticed the truck handling poorly, once I got home I inspected and found the right rear tire had a sidewall tear. I contacted the Rental office but they had left for the day. I contacted UHaul after that it took 4 hours for the repairs. I was unable to complete all my tasks in that time frame.i was given $50 off my bill i contested and requested a full refund which UHaul has not responded to my request.

James CEverything worked out great except I was charged for insurance that I did not want. I get my receipt and it is on there. Called location and they said I had to call Corp number to get it removed. called and they will refund it in a few days. Wasted my time having to make all these calls.

MARK LI reserved this 20' box truck the night before for 8am becuse I had 4 stops to make to pick up furniture. Well when I arrived and signed in to pick up the truck the app told me I had to call the 800 number! When I called it to my dismay the phone operator said the vehicle was showing that it was not there or checked in. There was an older gentleman running around like a chicken with his head cut off because there were a bunch of other people there also with reservations, which he was helping two while I waited to speak to him about my issue. By the time he got to me (becuse he was having internet issues scanning people's licenses into the system), it was almost 30 min later! So when he finally was able to help me he said they never checked the truck in the night before and it was only a quarter of a tank of gas left in it (which pushed my timeline back another 20 min) so I had to go fill it before I could even begin my day!!! Needless to say the cab was dirty and the box truck sounded like it was ready to die (the transmission shifting was horrible)! Well when I return the truck I returned it with more than a quarter of a tank and I made sure the cab and back was clean. I received the returned truck final statement today and a almost $600 charge for making me miss one of my pick up because of the earlier discussed issues at this location! I feel I should have had some of this bill lessened because of the sheer frustration and headache I went though at this location!!!
