Your service double booked my truck so it was not there waiting for us. Their location was completely disorganized. Further, it's in a part of town far from gas stations which makes it difficult to fill up the tank after use. You both fail in my book.Brian R.

Please establish a working phone line for some level of customer service. I am unsure if your team mixed up my truck with someone else's but I left a half tank when my receipt said I left 1/8. We had to call U-Haul to override the check out system because no one was there. I hope this was an honest mistake but reversing my,fuel credit was wrong and I will be speaking to whoever I need to in order to hold you and your team accountable.Armando S.

I was delayed by 48 minutes while the U-Haul representative was cleaning another truck and talking to people standing by the truck. This delayed my whole operation and time to get the truck back. In town expenses $174, really? Ridiculous. Get people out on time so they can come back and return equipment on-time.Tariro N.
