Your service double booked my truck so it was not there waiting for us. Their location was completely disorganized. Further, it's in a part of town far from gas stations which makes it difficult to fill up the tank after use. You both fail in my book.

Please establish a working phone line for some level of customer service. I am unsure if your team mixed up my truck with someone else's but I left a half tank when my receipt said I left 1/8. We had to call U-Haul to override the check out system because no one was there. I hope this was an honest mistake but reversing my,fuel credit was wrong and I will be speaking to whoever I need to in order to hold you and your team accountable.

Ordered and was charged for furniture dolly and two dozen furniture pads. Didn't receive dolly and only got one dozen pads, but location wasn't open to talk to about getting what I ordered and paid for.

The engine had problems that need to be fixed. I was driving all way to Florida at 50 to 60 mill per hour, an I receive the wrong equipment not what recerve. Not even was at the location that I suppose to pick I up.

I am due a credit of $14.00 for safe move as I declined coverage. I contacted customer service and was placed on hold for 15 Minutes only to be disconnected. I have since sent an email requesting a refund.

Location is difficult to get out of with a truck. The trailer I renter had a flat tire coming down the side of a mountain in Tennessee and had to wait almost 2 hours for help to arrive.

I was delayed by 48 minutes while the U-Haul representative was cleaning another truck and talking to people standing by the truck. This delayed my whole operation and time to get the truck back. In town expenses $174, really? Ridiculous. Get people out on time so they can come back and return equipment on-time.

Placed reservation for a different time and place. Was not notified or given the option when the location was changed. Staff was nice enough and got me out the door as quickly as possible even though they weren't open yet. Just very poor customer communication leading up to pick up.

Based on expectations when picking up a U-Haul trailer, the worker is suppose to hook up the trailer or at least help the customer. They didn't do neither. Thankfully we knew how to hook up the trailer to our truck.

was a 24 hr. drop off. The problem is with the u haul app. Site wasn't listed in app. u haul threatens a $20 dollar fee if the app isn't used. Went to Lafyette ave location. 5 minutes before closing, and the door was locked. Two black guys inside. One left and wouldn't look over at us. Second guy comes out, I honk at him, he practically runs to car and leaves. Mind you, we had u haul trailer behind our truck. This was Friday night. Not impressed with u haul location on Lafyette ave., or u haul in general. Needs some help higher up in company. App is a joke.
