For our 4 pm pick up we were diverted to a place that closes at 3. Your app didn’t work and we ended up on the phone for over an hour. The truck wasn’t swept out and the key wasn’t locked in the lock. Worst U-Haul experience we’ve had.

I did not like having a no person drop off. Made me nervous that someone would steal the blankets and dollies we rented.

This WAS NOT the drop off location! You guys really need to get a handle on your business. I dropped it off per the contract at Roger’s Eggs in Harrisville.
