He struggled with the app at pickup, I struggled at drop off because of the app. The app told me, there was a problem during upload of the photos and wouldn’t let me continue.

U-Haul was attached to a truck washing location. It was hard to find it on return . The location was very clean

CASEY HFor our 4 pm pick up we were diverted to a place that closes at 3. Your app didn’t work and we ended up on the phone for over an hour. The truck wasn’t swept out and the key wasn’t locked in the lock. Worst U-Haul experience we’ve had.
