Uhaul Waynesboro overcharged me $398.35 for rent, after I had already paid $267.31 on April 11th. They should have charged me just one more day's rent and not this absurd $398.35. VERY WRONG
DONALD PI live in Savannah Tn, so I needed a 10 foot truck and Waynesboro Tn was the closest to me. The location on the site was different from where the Uhaul was. It was confusing!! And i only received reservation #, so had to call someone to get help with that

James BThe drop was a challenge we had difficulties finding it and when we did the office and the drop off where 2 different locations. We also tried dropping off closer to are home but the locations would not except the trailer or wanted to charge more . We had a locations 4 miles from are home and had to take it 35 miles away in TN that's 1 hour and 15 min drive.
Jonathan NI was charged extra mileage for my trip and I did not go anywhere that was out of route. Also when I returned the equipment to Cleveland I could not reach anyone at the number on the paperwork. My trip was from Waynesboro to bath springs where I was moving from then on to copper hill tn then to Cleveland to return the equipment. I was given the lower rate to return the equipment. According to Google maps the mileage was approximately 9 miles over and I was charged for 38. I would like to know how you come to 38 over. What system do you use to route trips?

Stan CI rented a car trailer for the day at approximately 9:45am. I received a call around 1:00 pm wanting to know when it would be back in. Then around 3:00pm I received another call from Nashville wanting to know if I wanted to extend my rent on the same trailer. I told the lady it would be returned by 4:30 I will never rent from these people again

James CWe had a reservation at another location and ended being sent to this location after going to another location as directed by Uhaul because our truck was not there ( as promised) at the other two locations. I returned the truck today and the drop off location tried to charge me $219.75 additional mileage in error. Either the agent who rented the truck typed the original mileage incorrectly or the final mileage was entered wrong. Also, the loaders that we ordered through Uhaul canceled at this last minute leaving three women responsible for loading the truck. This was the most messed up, aggravating, fiasco in the world. I expected better of UHaul
