The location was in a very remote section and was not well maintained at all. The posted hours are 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and there was no one to be found when we arrived at 10:30 AM

Yes i called on the phone and they told me to come in so i did ive never did a van rental before and im not that technical with online navigation but they dod it all for me and had me taken care of in a timely manner and driving down the road in no time.

Arleen OShow up on time. My reservation was at 10 the gentleman didn’t show up until 10:30 and then it took another 20 minutes for him to process the reservation because he didn’t know how to handle your inferior ap so he had to call someone. We didn’t leave the lot until 11:23 cutting our 4 hour reservation down to 2 hours because he had a return time of 1:30.
